8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3-4 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth
Add the shredded cheddar, parmesan, bacon, diced jalapenos, garlic pepper, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with a thin layer of the crushed Ritz crackers and spray with cooking spray to achieve a crispy layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is crispy golden brown.
Sprinkle green onions on top when its finished for garnish. An additional add in for flavor is 1 tbsp of ranch dressing powder.
Serve with slices of focaccia bread and a small serving spoon
