How to Store your Focaccia:
Our focaccia is freezer friendly! Simply store it in airtight bags in your freezer until you are ready to use it.
Thawing Instructions:
Option 1: Take the focaccia out the night before using & set it on the counter to thaw. By morning it should be completely thawed & ready for reheating. Follow our reheating instructions below.
Option 2: Take frozen bread out of the freezer & thaw partially for an hour or two before following the reheating instructions below. If your focaccia is still partially frozen simply bake for 15-20 minutes.
Reheating Instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F).
2) Wrap your bread in tin foil. For crispier bread set the bread on top of the foil. For softer bread wrap the tinfoil around the bread completely & bake.
3) Drizzle your focaccia with quality olive oil. Infused oil like herb or garlic olive oil are also a great option.
4) For fully thawed focaccia, bake your focaccia at 350 degrees (F) for 5-10 minutes. If it is partially thawed bake it for 15-20 minutes. Be sure to check on it periodically so it does not burn.
