Artisan gourmet bread baked fresh when you need it
Artisan gourmet bread baked fresh when you need it
People eat first with their eyes, visualizing taste based on presentation. They see what looks appealing & choose what to order.
How can you showcase your skill as a 5 star chef, or operate a 5 star restaurant when you use cheap bread? People notice. Previously frozen, preservative filled bread is everywhere; it degrades any culinary experience. Customers will walk away dissatisfied; wanting more.
This leaves you with several options: Bake your own bread- which is labor intensive & adds to the workload when your expertise should be focused elsewhere. Or you could source from wholesalers & Restaurant Depot- which provide sub-par, mass produced bread that fails to meet expectations.
Instead, entrust your bread needs to Famiglia Focaccia: a trustworthy partner who has as much attention to detail as yourself.
We guarantee our breads are baked the morning of delivery using the highest quality ingredients; providing reliability where it counts. We are local to the Inland Empire, exclusively partnering with the top local businesses.
Use your valuable time wisely: fine tune your menu items, make each dish a true reflection of your talent. Choose bread crafted for connoisseurs who crave an artisinal culinary experience. We are so confident in our breads, we guarantee your satisfaction.

Our bread making journey began in 2023, but focaccia is a time old tradition from ancient Rome, Italy..
Our company was founded by Angela Conte in 2023. In 2019 she began creating one of a kind mural focaccia's for select clients. Now an avid chef & bread baker in Menifee, California, her passion for cooking stems from watching her grandmother & mother create culinary masterpieces for their families. Angela enjoys cooking for friends & family every chance she gets. She believes cooking food for others is a joy like no other. Mangiamo!
Focaccia in History... an age old Italian tradition
Focaccia originated in ancient Rome. The name comes from the Latin word "focus," referring to the hearth or fireplace, reflecting its traditional cooking method.
Genoa, Italy is particularly known for "focaccia alla Genovese," a focaccia bread topped with olive oil, sea salt, & sometimes rosemary. This version of focaccia has inspired the delicious artisan bread by Famiglia Focaccia today.
