Balsamic Fig and Prosciutto Focaccia
Ingredients:
- Focaccia bread (sliced horizontally)
- Sliced prosciutto
- Fresh figs (sliced)
- Arugula
- Goat cheese (crumbled)
- Balsamic reduction
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Drizzle olive oil on the inside of both bread halves.
2. Layer slices of prosciutto on the bottom half.
3. Add slices of fresh figs and a sprinkle of crumbled goat cheese.
4. Top with fresh arugula.
5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
7. Cover with the top slice of focaccia, press gently, and cut into servings.
