Roast Beef and Horseradish Cream Focaccia Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Focaccia bread (sliced horizontally)
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- Horseradish cream (available at any grocery store or see recipe)
- Arugula
- Caramelized onions
- Sliced Swiss cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Spread horseradish cream on the bottom half of the focaccia bread. To make this from scratch use 1 tablespoon horseradish and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
2. Layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese slices on top.
3. Add a handful of arugula or arugula microgreens.
4. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the top half of the bread on, press lightly, and cut into portions.
