Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Focaccia
You can also use the smoked salmon dip recipe to make this recipe quicker. This recipe works great for sliders and would be acceptable at a brunch or lunch.
Ingredients:
- Focaccia bread (sliced horizontally)
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Smoked salmon slices
- Capers
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh dill
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Spread the softened cream cheese on both halves of the focaccia bread.
2. Layer smoked salmon slices on the bottom half.
3. Sprinkle capers, red onion slices, and fresh dill over the salmon.
4. Season with black pepper.
5. Cover with the top half of the bread.
6. Cut into portions and serve with lemon wedges.
